As Commercial Procurement Manager, Natasha builds excellent relationships with our suppliers and feedstock providers, locally and nationally, for both of our plants. As a forward-thinking team member, she is consistently developing and strategising our feedstock plans and procurement processes to support the AD process to secure constant green energy production.

As our Finance Business Partner she bridges the gap between the comprehending the business’s finances and sharing this with the rest of the business. Providing all the data needed to be available for our external stakeholders, board members and funders. She is our expert in making our complex business model into something everyone can understand to support and grow the business.

Finance Manager
Melanie heads up the finance team and works with confidence and efficiency to keep the business working successfully. Overseeing end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, as well as payroll, VAT and HMRC processes. She is always looking to make improvements to procedures and controls for the groups business as a whole.

As AD Plant Manager, Colin is building on his extensive engineering experience from previous roles and translating that to maintaining the Murrow AD plant working efficiently underpinned by his robust engineering principles. As a hugely experienced team member, he will be working with the whole AD and farm team to ensure the plant works to its full potential.

Crop Production & Feedstock Executive
Lottie Kent oversees crop production for Adapt Biogas’s AD operations, working in close partnership with local growers and contractors to secure high-quality feedstocks. With a strong foundation as a BASIS qualified agronomist, she combines technical expertise with practical, on-farm experience to optimise crop efficiency for both the land and the AD process.
Passionate about sustainability, Lottie focuses on building trusted relationships with growers and key contractors promoting good agricultural practices that support renewable energy production. Her role is integral to delivering reliable, efficient feedstock supply while contributing to a greener future.
