Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Salary: £75,000-£85,000 per annum

Work Location:

A regular on-site presence is required due to the nature of the role, with some flexibility on an ad-hoc basis.

We are looking for someone to join us as Head of Operations. This is a new role for the company at a key point in our journey.

The Head of Operations will oversee day to day activity of both our sites in Somerset and Cambridgeshire through our operational teams and ensure effective operational management of all our business units.

With a high-level focus on health & safety running through all of our activities you will ensure that you support our operational managers to be focussed on delivery of our key targets.

You will also be responsible for developing strategies to effectively manage our assets to improve their deployment.

Ideally you will have around 5 years previous experience of working within anaerobic digestion, but this is not essential. Relevant similar experience in FCMG, water sector, petrochemicals, oil & gas, or any other process industry.

Senior level leadership and project management experience is essential.

You will be able to work effectively with our operational teams and be able to quickly build relationships to deliver tangible results.
