Sadie steps into the position previously held by Jenny Darroch, bringing fresh energy, deep expertise, and a clear commitment to driving the business forward.

About the Role
As Finance Director, Sadie leads the finance, human resources and IT functions within the business. Alongside her operational responsibilities, she plays a key role in the strategic leadership of the organisation, driving the processes and procedures that underpin growth and consistency across all areas of the business.
Sadie oversees statutory reporting and ensures robust monitoring and reporting of financial performance, providing the insight and accountability that supports sound decision-making at every level. She continues to develop and strengthen the management team, embedding the structures needed to scale effectively and sustainably.
A Trusted Pair of Hands
Sadie is no stranger to the complexities of the business having worked at Adapt for a couple of years already. Her ability to balance the day-to-day demands of financial management with a longer-term strategic view makes her ideally placed to take on this expanded leadership responsibility.
